Our third wave SOUTHERN blend delivers the Melbourne touch to the classic Italian espresso.
SOUTHERN stays true to its original flavours with a crisp acidity, delivering a bright, sweet and well-balanced profile, perfect for your milk coffees and those who like their espresso full of taste.
SOUTHERN comprises Costa Rican, Colombian and El Salvador specialty beans in a balanced blend with a lightly roasted profile.
Suitable For: Use with coffee grinders and grind-on-demand machines. Can also be ground on your behalf for different coffee preparations, including, Espresso, Filter, Moka and Plunger. Just click on the icon and leave the rest to us.
Shipping
Orders placed before 8 am Melbourne time on a business day dispatch the same day. Orders placed from 8 am, on weekends, or on Victorian public holidays dispatch the next business day. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery dates are estimates and start from the dispatch date. Metro areas are usually faster, while regional and remote areas may take longer.

I have tried all different coffee beans from different roasters to find “the one” and we found it here. Our family love the coffee blend and we keep coming back for more.
It would be nice as well to have a zip lock bag for the coffee beans to keep the freshness.
We always buy Northern but this time tried a ag of Southern as well. It is delicious. We will be buying more of the Southern in future.
Best coffee around
Great coffee for espresso. Very smooth, not bitter. Great for little guy when more roasted beans can taste just burnt. Also great in other espresso machine. Prefer this to the Northern Blend.
