SOUTHERN comprises Costa Rican, Colombian and El Salvador specialty beans in a balanced blend with a lightly roasted profile.

We aim to get your coffee out quickly and reliably. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days from our Melbourne roastery, with shipping costs calculated at checkout and delivery timeframes depending on your location.

Most orders arrive within 2–8 business days, depending on location.

  • WA / TAS: 3–6 days
  • NT / remote areas: 4–8+ days

Metro areas are usually faster, while regional and remote locations may take a little longer.
