We read data, we read colour, we read the room. Our Brambati 120 kg and 30 kg roasters give us full control — airflow, drum speed, heat transfer — while our senses do the rest.

The goal? Harmony.

Our signature roast profile runs exactly 14 minutes and 23 seconds, a curve that builds sweetness, body, and clarity in perfect balance.

Each batch is cupped, logged, and signed off by our team — no roast leaves the floor until it hits our standard.

Our production line integrates destoning, blending, and fully automated packaging systems that bag, seal, and label with pinpoint accuracy.

Sustainability as Standard

We roast using solar energy, recycle chaff and packaging waste, and continue to move toward a carbon-neutral footprint.
