How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email that will contain a link to track your order.
How long will it take to get my order?

How much does shipping cost?
- Orders below $70 will be charged at normal shipping rates calculated at checkout.
- Orders that include approved 36P coffee/coffee capsules and are over $70 will receive free standard shipping in Australia. Please note: not all coffee products qualify for free shipping. Free shipping will be calculated automatically for approved products at check out.
- Non-coffee orders (equipment and accessories) will be charged at normal shipping rates calculated at checkout.
- Mixed orders of non-coffee products and 36P coffee will attract shipping charges for the non-coffee products at normal shipping rates.
- All orders are shipped via the Australia Post or Couriers Please delivery networks. Orders that qualify for free shipping - the shipping carrier used will be at the discretion of 36P.
Incorrect Shipping Address
- If you give us an incorrect address, there may be an additional charge from the courier service to change/redeliver to the correct address.
- If you have given us an ATL (authority to leave) AND you have given us an incorrect address, NO REFUND will be available if the parcel is not received or is lost by the courier service.
