NORTHERN comprises El Salvador, Colombian and Ethiopian specialty beans in a bold but balanced blend with a darker roast profile.
36P NORTHERN has a toned-down acidity, a mild (and pleasant) bitterness with aromas of rich chocolate, dark cherry, lemon acidity, and a caramel finish. Delivering deep and sweet flavours, and a heavy body.
Suitable For: Use with coffee grinders and grind-on-demand machines. Can also be ground on your behalf for different coffee preparations, including, Espresso, Filter, Moka and Plunger. Just click on the icon and leave the rest to us.
Shipping
Orders placed before 8 am Melbourne time on a business day dispatch the same day. Orders placed from 8 am, on weekends, or on Victorian public holidays dispatch the next business day. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

My only issue is that the grind appears to be too coarse for my setup.
Have Gaggia Classic Pro with VST 15g basket. Despite careful tamping the extraction takes less than 10 seconds and gives 40g of espresso.
There is a mod for my GCP which reduces pressure from 12 to 9 bars at the portafilter. Perhaps I will need to try that?
