For those of you who like their blends a little darker. With notes of chocolate, dark cherry, lemon acidity with a caramel finish.

Our 36P NORTHERN blend comprises El Salvador, Colombian, and Ethiopian specialty beans in a balanced blend with a darker roast profile.

36P NORTHERN has a toned-down acidity, a mild (and pleasant) bitterness with aromas of rich chocolate, dark cherry, lemon acidity, and a caramel finish. Delivering deep and sweet flavours, and a heavy body.

I'm a convert to 36th parallel pod coffee

I'm a convert to 36th parallel pod compostable pod coffee and if every box of pods I have is as good as the first box has been, I'll be reordering. Its the first pod coffee I've tried that actually has the depth of taste one expects from a barista poured espresso. I was very impressed with swift response to my order and a well packaged delivery. Thank you team.

Delicious and fully compostable pods!

Fantastic coffee I can enjoy at home. And fully compostable pods which is wonderful. Am so glad I've found this Melbourne company. Another plus being the low transport miles. Locally made and owned. 100% happy.

Most capsules are dark and strong. I love the light and acidic taste of the southern blend.
