Our specialty (single) coffees are roasted from the highest-quality green coffee beans to their greatest flavor potential. All our specialty coffees are free of defects and have a distinctive character in the cup, with a score of 80 or above when graded according to SCAA Standards.
Once the beans are processed and delivered, our master roaster at 36P spends a considerable amount of time to understand the coffee and develop unique roast profiles.
After trying different profiles and cupping we decide on one profile that brings out the best out of that particular bean.
We roast all our specialty coffees in small batches to maintain freshness and monitor quality.
