Tastes Like: White chocolate, panela, lime & dried fruits
A washed microlot produced by a group of small holders from Cajamarca, Peru. For this lot, cherries were picked following a strict ripeness criteria, and exposed to a wet fermentation of 22 hours before being pulped. Coffee was later sundried on concrete patios until the ideal moisture content was achieved.
This microlot is 100% Caturra. This varietal was originated at Minas Gerais, Brazil. It is a natural mutation of the Red Bourbon.
